Free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were great, but breakfast lacked variety.

Exploring Venice was culinary bliss! Stopped by nearby Trattoria Al Gazzettino for yummy pasta, and Café Florian was perfect for a chic coffee break. The hotel's room was spotless, and the lovely staff made every moment special.
Break fast vibes took a dive when I found mold on a mini cake. Although I flagged it, the response was a bit lackluster, leading me to skip breakfast the next day. I ended up munching on cereal instead, just to keep it simple.

Clean room, friendly staff, adding to the overall comfort of my stay, was a lovely touch to find complimentary slippers and a robe, and easy access to public transport makes it a convenient launch point to explore the city.

Noise from the room above disrupted sleep one morning. it felt like a herd of banthas moving furniture. Furthermore, the air conditioning wasn’t operational, leaving us to battle mosquitoes after opting for open windows. The breakfast lacked variety, with a surprising absence of bread on the buffet, making it inconvenient for those who prefer a hearty start to the day.

Positioned just moments from St Mark's Square, the hotel's location made exploring Venice a breeze. My room was a luxurious oasis, featuring high ceilings and a modern bathroom that truly impressed me. Special touches like complimentary slippers, a robe, and a well-stocked mini-bar elevated my stay. I also loved the rooftop terrace, providing stunning views of the city. The breakfast, while good quality, felt a bit limited in variety, especially for longer stays. I faced a minor inconvenience with the air conditioning, which was quite noisy at times. Staff were generally attentive and welcoming, but I did encounter an instance of slow service during breakfast rush hours. These small hiccups didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. I'd happily return, especially for that fantastic location and beautiful room.

The stay was exciting, with a beautifully designed room featuring luxurious amenities and a stunning canal view. Breakfast offered a delightful spread, especially the fresh pastries and scrumptious Italian strata. However, I faced minor inconveniences with slow service at breakfast and some noise from the neighboring room, which impacted overall comfort. Additionally, the air conditioning unit had a tendency to be a bit loud at night, which disrupted sleep.

The deluxe double room was amazing! It had air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a private bathroom with a bidet. Loved the hardwood floors and the mini-bar. The safety deposit box and complimentary bathrobe were nice touches. Spa facilities were also great! Plus, the view from the upper floors was a bonus.
